The charges of an exhibition booth within the expo area of the adidas Sickline are:
REGULAR: space up to 12m² EUR 500,-
inclusive electricity and 2 WCH dinner tickets + Awards dinner on Saturday night for 1 exhibitor (1 person)
LARGE: space from 12m² up to maximum 25m² EUR 800,-
Inclusive electricity and 2 WCH dinner tickets + Awards dinner on Saturday night for 2 exhibitors (2 person)
The full amount will be invoiced prior to the event and must be paid in cash onsite at the race office prior to set-up.
The booth will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis except for dedicated sponsor areas. All products must be locked over night. Any liability is excluded.
Set-up: Thursday, 5th October 2017
Tear down: Sunday, 8th October 2017
